Different from the old and smoggy factories, the modern green factories of China have realized the whole-process of green manufacturing, through pollution-free manufacturing lines, with wastewater and materials recycled to produce energy-saving and environment-friendly products.
China Industry and Information Technology Ministry has issued two lists of green manufacturers in 2017 and 2018, with 409 factories in total. Undoubtedly, green factories are emerging in China with green manufacturing systems and the effects are visible. According to the list of the First Group of Green Manufacturing Demonstration Factories in 2017, published by Energy Saving and Comprehensive Utilization Department of China Industry and Information Technology Ministry, three sub companies of Tianneng Energy Group. Co. Ltd of Zhejiang Province, have been listed in the catalogue of the Green Factories and Green Supply Chain Management Demonstration Enterprises.
Tianneng Group has always been dedicated, in establishing an integrated close green industry chain of the production of storage batteries, the recycling of wasted batteries, lead reprocessing and batteries making, and thus has realized the whole-process management of storage batteries production in its companies.
Tianneng Group established its recycle economy industrial park in Zhejiang Province in 2009, with imported auto machinery crushing equipment and water-power sorting equipment. Enhanced with Tianneng’s independent and innovative close-end recycling techniques. Thus, the wasted water and surplus heat produced during production has been recycled fully, with zero emission, to avoid hazards to resources and environment, in its recycling of the used lead storage batteries. By doing so, they have turned the waste to useful materials, and upgraded technical content and improved added value of the recycled batteries as well.
After several recycling procedures, one five-kilo wasted lead-acid battery could produce more than three kilos of regenerated lead, half kilo of sodium sulfate, 0.3 kilo of polypropylene plastic, all of which can be used for making new batteries. The lead regeneration line in Tianneng, has effectively reduced the costs of its raw materials and increased the gross profits, and more importantly, with adoption of closed production and full automation for every single procedure, the battery manufacturing has changed from heavy pollution and labor work, to a pollution-free and machinery procedure, with totally zero contact between man and lead.
Qingdao AUCMA Co. Ltd had once won the national golden prize of Ozone Layer Protection Contributor, granted by China National Environment Projection Bureau. In the promotion program of Saving Energy and Benefiting People, advocated by the national authorities, more than one hundred products from AUCMA have reached international level I energy conservation standards, and were enlisted to the catalogue of the above mentioned national program.
Relying on its strong capabilities in core technology of refrigeration, accumulated over two decades, AUCMA has been carrying on design, research and production of energy-saving freezers in its products, such as air-cooled freezer, solar-powered freezer, intelligent frequency conversion freezer, which realized 30% of energy saving, and super energy-saving freezer, which meets the European energy consumption standard of A++++, etc.
It is because of these extremely high standards for environmental protection in designing, material saving, production procedures, sales and recycling, that products made by AUCMA have passed the quality certifications of US UL, Russian GOST, EU Spare Parts ROHS, etc., and won its pass for the world market.
