Artists Association of Punjab has organized the annual exhibition of graphics, sculpture and paintings at the Alhamra Arts Centre on the Mall Road. Intezar Hussain opened the event , he remembered old times when there were pleasant intellectual gatherings of writers and artists. He urged that the interaction between both needs to be augmented and brought back.The exhibition is showcasing various beautiful art forms including calligraphy, sculpture, miniature painting and graphic designing incorporating themes from modernist and post modernist eras. More than 150 artists are exhibiting their masterpieces and the show will continue till the 15th of February.
